First, a provider will complete a simple one page form called Practice Analysis Survey (PAS).
From this information, we can devise a potential data point assumption and provide that back to the clinic on what they should expect in both Potential Enrollment and Potential Payments for patient data points.
Fill out the Practice Analysis Survey (PAS) and it will give us insight as to the potential earnings that you may be able to enjoy in the weeks to come. We will contact you on the day and time you designate most appropriate. Talk to you soon!
